What is Coaching?

Coaching is a human science discipline and activity focused on supporting individuals, teams and/or organisations.

It is essentially a practical discipline derived from maieutics, which develops in the relationship between the coach and the coachee.

The coaching process consists of providing support and personal development through questioning.

It is based on a specific request from the client and on the formulation of a concrete objective to be achieved in the short or medium term.

This objective will have been developed as part of a dynamic of change, performance and revision of our perspectives.

To do this, Coaching draws on and is complemented by other disciplines such as psychology, psychotherapy, NLP, philosophy, transactional analysis, organisational sociology, neuroscientific models and so on.

Instead of focusing on the ‘why’, coaching focuses on the “how”: how to change ‘here and now for tomorrow’.

This is why the Coaching process is limited in time: it necessarily seeks pragmatic effectiveness, with achievable objectives that are consistent with the potential of the coachee.

The aim of a life or career Coaching process is to establish a dynamic to optimise performance.

It also strengthens interpersonal skills (soft skills) in a safe, kind and welcoming environment of exchange between coach and coachee.

The coaching process will always be centred on an experience linked to the construction of our identity, our values and our deepest needs.

Team Coaching

Team Coaching works with the team as a dynamic, living human system with its own personality, emotions, climate and vision.

They have their own culture, with characteristic values and rules of operation that have a strong influence on what the team does and how it does it.

The Coach is the person who offers everything necessary to have a positive impact on all the components of the system.

In other words, we will work on the interaction between its members, cooperation, communication, commitment, trust and leadership, which is positively related to the productivity and effectiveness of the company. topics that can be dealt with:

  • Defining a common objective aligned with the company's vision
  • Discovering and stimulating the strengths of both individuals and the team
  • Achieving a high degree of commitment among members and to their goals
  • Generating a climate of trust and motivation
  • Improving team communication and conflict resolution
  • Increasing collaboration
  • Improving performance and productivity and that of your team/group
  • Streamlining meetings and making them more effective
  • Defining the organisation and development of work or non-work meetings
  • Enhancing the work climate and personal relationships
  • Orienting the team to results
  • Integrating all members (inclusion)
  • Align values and objectives (personal - group/team)
  • Achieve intra-group and interdepartmental relations.

Team Coaching is a highly effective resource for building emotionally intelligent teams oriented towards becoming high-performance collectives.

Our Team Coaching processes are based on experiential learning as a method to internalise it effectively and quickly.

Through our interventions, the intention is to:

  • Establish a common language that enables effective coordination of actions.
  • Recognise the importance of conversations in achieving concrete results.
  • Identify conflicts and learn how to resolve them.
  • Foster team spirit and awareness and diversity of thought as a source of wealth and success.
  • Develop a leadership style aligned with the needs and objectives of the team to generate trust and commitment among its members.
  • Stimulate a sense of belonging to the Team and to the Organisation, its values and culture.

The systemic perspective of business Coaching makes it possible to induce global change, as the manager understands that the change that is made in him affects all members of the system.

This means that when one component of the system changes behaviour, the organisation as a whole is transformed, as it is made up of various interrelated elements.
